ALAN KING (Director)

Directing credits include the smash hit Small Plastic Wars for Dublin Fringe Festival (Show In A Bag) Centre Culturel Irlandais and Irish Tour. Rundown, The Indian Wants the Coombe, Never The Sinner, Bug, On An Average Day and Coyote On A Fence (Purple Heart), The End of The Beginning, And They Used To Star in Movies, Rebecca’s Robin and Missing Football (Bewley’s Theatre), It’s A Podge and Rodge Show (Vicar Street) Fireworks (Tall Tales), Club Europa and Mind Your Fingers,(Calipo) Winner of Jayne Snow Award, Dublin Fringe Festival. The Award winning Waiting for IKEA; 1st Irish Festival NY (Nominee for Best Actress), National Tour and Nominee Fishamble New Writing Award, Nominee Bewley’s Café Theatre Award at Dublin Fringe Fest 2007, Irish National tour/New Diorama Theatre London and The Trojan Women (The Core Dublin) Winner Irish Times Theatre Award-Best Costume. As an actor, Alan has worked with Passion Machine, Red Kettle, Rough Magic, Corn Exchange, Pan Pan, TEAM, Axis Ballymun, Civic Theatre Tallaght, Fishamble, Tall Tales and Second Age amongst others. He has worked extensively in film, TV and radio. Credits include, Inside I’m Dancing, Saltwater, Studs, Fair City, and Love Is the Drug and Trivia, Red Rock. Alan was a member of Dublin Youth Theatre and continues to have a long association with the organization. He was Artistic Director of Bewley’s Café Theatre from 2005-07 and formerly executive producer of Purple Heart Theatre Co from 1999-2005. He is currently the Youth Theatre Officer for Youth Theatre Ireland. In 2012 he was selected to be a participant of the Next Stage, run through Theatre Forum Ireland and Dublin Theatre Festival. He is currently producing the National Youth Theatre production to be staged at The Peacock Theatre in August.

LISA KRUGEL (Stage Manager)

Lisa holds a HND in Technical Theatre (Inchicore College of Further Education) and a Diploma in Speech and Drama Studies (DIT). She has worked as a Stage Manager for many years, in Dublin and on tour, with companies such as ANU, Liz Roche Company, The New Theatre, Dead Centre, Red Kettle, and Classic Stage Ireland.She also works as a Set/Costume Designer, being one of the first graduates of The Lir's MFA in Stage Design.Some recent design credits include: Set and Costumes for I AM A CAMERA, DAMASCUS, and THE UGLY ONE (The Lir). Set for IRELAND SHED A TEAR? (The New Theatre), TEMPTRESS (Speckintime/High Seas), and THE MOTHERF*CKER WITH THE HAT (Orion Productions)

URSULA Mc GINN ( Assistant Director)

Ursula is a Director, Deviser and Designer in her final year of Drama and Theatre Studies at Trinity College Dublin. Her recent directing credits include: Nothing (Samuel Beckett Theatre, December 2016), an extract of Ross & Rachel (Samuel Beckett Theatre, March 2016) and Fresh (Players Theatre, October 2015). Her most recent assistant directing credit includes How to be a Superhero (Scene & Heard, February 2017). Her devising and development credits include How to be a Superhero (Smock Alley, Scene and Heard 2017), Efficiacy 84 (Samuel Beckett Theatre 2017), On Corporation Street (ANU and HOME MCR 2016), Briseis After the Black (Tiger Dublin Fringe 2016) and Half Light (Tiger Dublin Fringe 2016, Winner of First Fortnight Award). She is an outgoing member of Dublin Youth Theatre and a founding member of Bombinate Theatre

EAMON FOX ( Lighting Designer)

Shane has been a performer, tech and lighting and sound designer for over 20 years. Working in theatre, film and his box room, Shane has produced sound for countless shows including recently “Lockout”, “The Boys” and “Hamlet” all in the New Theatre. He has toured and performed as part of “The Cuban Brothers”, lost count of how many comedians he worked for in the Laughter Lounge and the Edinburgh festival. He has designed lighting for “Foil Arms and Hog”, Al Porter and Whipping Boy. He is currently playing guitar and synth in the Dublin band “I am a Car Crash”.

RACHEL SHEAHAN ( Dance Choreography)

Rachel holds a certificate in dance from Sallynoggin College and she trained full time in Bull Alley Theatre for four years. She also holds a certificate in solo acting from the Guild Hall London School of music and drama. She is T.C.R.G with An Coimisiun Le Rinci Gaelacha and is a qualified Irish dancing teacher and Zumba fitness instructor.

Dan has publicized hundreds of Off-Broadway productions and dozens of major events in New York City. His current clients include Pan Asian Repertory Theatre, Working Theater, NY Deaf Theatre, Wheelhouse Theatre Company, Nightmare NYC, The Theater Center in Times Square and two of NYC’s longest running productions: The Fantasticks Perfect Crime. He is also the publicist for the one of the world’s leading gay dating apps, Scruff.

Dedicated to creating and producing work in theatre, film, and digital media, and with a belief that collaboration is at the heart of all good artistic ventures, the company is committed to sharing perspectives that promote equality, empathy, and understanding.

NICOLA MURPHY (Associate Producer)

Nicola is a producer, director and actor. She is Co founder of On The Quays Productions. A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NY, she is currently studying directing at The Lir and will graduate with a Masters of fine Art in 2017. As producer she has worked with Irish Screen America Film festival, NY & LA, Evolution (Cherry Lane Theatre & 59 E 59), Bleeding on Broadway with Believe theatrical ( Playwrights Horizons, NY), Nobody Suspects a Butterfly with Royal Family Productions (Barrow Group), 3D Hamlet- A Lost generation for Edinburgh fringe, When I was a Girl I used to Scream and Shout ( Fallen Angel Theatre Company) at the Clurman, Theatre Row, NYC) & FLOAT- A short film which she also co wrote and directed.
